EMPREENDEDORISMO 4.0: CONCEITOS E DEFINIÇÕES

O empreendedor é a pessoa capaz induzir uma nova concepção ou invenção em uma inovação de sucesso. O empreendedorismo 4.0 é o agente capaz de criar pontes e de gerar conexões, reunindo e somando recursos produtivos, tecnológicos e esforços físicos. O objetivo deste artigo é realizar uma discussão sobre o tema do empreendedorismo 4.0, buscando contribuir na construção teórica, sobre empreendedorismo suportado por inovação e recursos de tecnologia da informação e comunicação (TIC). Ao analisar a literatura percebeu-se a ausência de trabalhos que falassem mais sobre o empreendedor da Era 4.0. O estudo utilizou a metodologia de pesquisa exploratória de cunho bibliográfico, baseando-se em referências já publicadas de 2000 a 2019. Os empreendedores 4.0 ao adotarem as TICs e interpretarem seus resultados são capazes de criar vantagens competitivas principalmente para as PMEs, impulsionando-as a competirem em mercados maiores e fomentando o desenvolvimento econômico.
